Story: It all started with a confused young man without name or memory. He woke up in a laboratory where they told him he no longer ‘lives’. He officially ‘died’ by some cause like all the other guinea-pigs at the lab, called ‘Genes’. The Center, how the organisation behind the lab is called, brought them ‘back to life’ for their researches. No Gene know what’s the ultimate goal of the Center, but they’re using them not only for research but also train them for military-like use. The young man with the number 29 seems to be the only Gene that can’t remember his past and so he finds a way to escape the lab to get his memories back. On his way he meets Noah and Pacey who grant him shelter. They’re searching for a girl named Sugi who disappeared when she gathered information about a laboratory that was said to do research on humans. Then another Gene, Inori, appeared who told them he also managed to escape. Kae, how the boy with the 29 now calls himself, slowly starts to put all his trust into Inori as he sees him as the only one that truly can understand him because he was at the lab too. But Inori just plays his games with Kae as he is a hunter that was send wo bring Kae back. While Inori plays with Kae some sweeper appear and try to get Kae back too… Inori, very catlike as the genes they implanted him were those of a cat, of course doesn’t want his bait to be stolen and slowly he notices that he’s just taking so long with playing because he himself doesn’t want back, too. Inori changes sides and although Kae doesn’t trust him anymore he follows him along. He doesn’t want to put Pacey and Noah in anymore trouble. Now they’re fleeing with the sweeper as well as one more hunter on their heels... Merchandise: Buttons:
